The hotel is in a great location, close to the Costanera Center and the metro. The room was spacious with amazing panoramic views. The cleaning was always excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel offered a laundry service. I highly recommend Ac Hotel Santiago Costanera Center for a great stay in Santiago.

The room with nice view. Extra touches like climate control, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk were a treat, staff were very friendly. This accommodation had a central setting to the Shopping Center.

Location: the hotel was right by Santiago, the shopping mall and the store. Providencia district was definitely worth visiting. The breakfast was marvellous and offered plenty of options.

Their staff were quite loud.

All the rooms are functional and extremely spacious with nice view and the staff are amicable. 22 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to catch a good cab.

This hotel is perfectly situated, with lots to do and see nearby. There are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity, and you'll have your own entrance to the shopping mall. The room had a stunning view, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was well-designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pilots and flight attendants staying here is testament to the quality of the service.

One thing to bear in mind is that there have been reports of overcharging by some taxi drivers outside the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Chile! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The rooms were spotless and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking - we could see the whole city! The location couldn't be better, just steps away from a shopping mall and plenty of dining options. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to shopping areas and restaurants, making it easy to find good food and gifts for my loved ones. the view from the bar and my room was stunning and added to the overall experience. The staff was nice and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom amenities were lacking, and the drop-off zone was only available late at night, which inconvenienced me during my stay. Nonetheless, these did not hinder my overall experience at this hotel.
